Dawn Blanchard is a highly skilled graphic designer located in the Washington DC area with over 17 years of experience. She currently holds a Top Secret Security clearance, and has established a base of government graphic/web design experience highly valued in the government communications arena such as CSS, interactivity, and web 2.0 with an understanding of Section 508 compliance.

Dawn has also done extensive work in the private sector for individually owned businesses and individuals, helping with new business and re-branding projects.

In her spare time, Dawn enjoys working with non-profits with worthy causes such as animal rescue and food banks.
